Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days. Orders placed Monday – Friday will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed between Friday evening – Sunday night will be shipped the following working Monday.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
IB Basketball Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

All IB Basketball items are sent via Royal Mail trackable service.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed Monday – Friday will be shipped the next working day.
Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed between Friday evening – Sunday night will be shipped the following Monday.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please do your own checks in regards to any customs or import fees set by your country and note the customer is responsible for all customs and duties charged by their country. IBBasketball.com is not responsible for customs and duties on international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Most items are held in stock. We will do our best to ensure you are in receipt of your IB Basketball products 7-10 days from ordering.
For special or bulk orders please do email us for the cost and estimated delivery date.
If you need items for a specific date, please ensure you order in good time. We will do our very best to supply the goods in time. Please email us to arrange alternative delivery arrangements and costs for the delivery.
